Planning your next trip out into St Austell Bay? Check the launch window and tide times below before you head down to the slipway. Launching and retrieval are not permitted within 2.5 hours either side of low water — the harbour silts up and there isn’t enough water on the slipway. The slipway is also steep and prone to “greening up” during the season, so extra care is always needed.
